My Web Evaluation consisted of 4 topics.

4. Credibility

After reviewing the site, they earned a score of 94 out of 100! They were an overwhelming success in both their content and credibility but had some minor flaws in design and technical elements. This was due to their inability to make an app for hand held devices that fits the screen at all times. While they have a very good at app, at times its hard to navigate and can be hard to get all of the content on one screen.

5. Cole Farms (Gray, Maine)

Cole Farms was opened in 1952 and has been a family owned and operated business every since. This wonderful restaurant has a great variety of local foods to offer and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As one of the best restaurants in the area, it also sits directly across from Spring Meadows Golf Course and provides great meals for everyone. Bring the family as it just might be the most reasonably priced food you'll find in town!

4. Mac's Grill (Auburn, Maine)

Mac's Grill has been Auburn's best steak house for over 19 years! This restaurant has a beautiful bar area and is also extremely comfortable for families. Overall, this restaurant offers its customers great steaks at great prices and certainly doesn't disappoint anybody with its true Maine atmosphere. This is another family owned restaurant that is active in the community and helps support education in the area.

3. DiSanto's Restaurant (Gray, ME)

DiSanto's Restaurant is a small, locally owned Italian restaurant that offers a wonderful variety of dinner options. Relax with your choice of a bottle of select wine, chilled beer or cocktail, and enjoy your dining experience at DiSanto's with our talented staff's personalized attention. A warm and inviting setting in the heart of Gray, DiSanto's seats 140 guest with a full bar, and is guaranteed to have you coming back for more. 

2. Rose's Old World Restaurant (Windham, ME)

Rose's is another wonderful local Italian restaurant that provides customers with their own slice of Italy. Known for their excellent pizza and pasta dishes, this is a must visit for anyone in the area. Their also extremely accommodating and make sure that your needs are met. To finish it all off, they offer great desserts that will have you leaving with a great deal of satisfaction!

The “Rudder” as the locals call it, has been serving guests since 1976 and has evolved into one of the most popular destinations for fresh seafood in Maine. Enjoy lunch, dinner or a weekend brunch in our restaurant while you enjoy river views. Our convenient location is ideal when you need a break from shopping in Freeport. Sip a drink at our bar or just enjoy a delicious dessert after a movie.

My favorite piece of the internet is definitely the ease of use and the search engines. With this ability, finding anything related to my hobbies, education or work are right at my finger tips. Without a doubt, this has drastically changed the way humans research and I think it is great.
We no longer have to spend hours searching through catalogs of information to only find out that we were looking in the wrong book. We now have the ability to directly search for anything we want and it will give us the most relevant information that it can.
Even scholarly articles for projects are now just clicks away, rather than hours of reading in a public Library. To me, its amazing how quickly the internet took over the research industry.

And I thought it would be cool to put up an optical illusion!!!

History of the Internet

The Internet has a very interesting but short history. Quite frankly, it may have a largest history record of any one idea in such a short time. Bob Kahn and Vint Cerf created the Internet Society in 1992 and are considered by most to be the Founding Fathers of the Internet.

Interestingly, the Internet was really a creation founded after nearly forty years of testing different networking solutions. For example, the world wide web itself was officially founded in 1991. Both Cerf and Kahn worked tirelesslly to try and discover what is now the worlds greatest invention. This effort is obvious, as they publish their first works about networking in 1974, 18 years before discovering the internet.

This is my first entry here on Blogger. This a blog that encompasses everything involving New England sports franchises like the Patriots, Bruins, Redsox and Celtics. This blog keep updating with up to date information on what is happening in the sports world and news updates on players, teams and coaching staff.

To kick it all off, we'll dive into the Patriots week 1 victory over the Buffalo Bills. In week 1, we saw a new wide receiver make a huge impact the their first victory of the season.
